Lynne Sabey

Lynne joined in 2006 and is the Scottish based HR Business Partner for Banijay Group working across IWC, The Comedy Unit, Workerbee, RDF and Remarkable Factual. She covers the full employee lifecycle of HR needs including contracting, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policies and procedures and employee welfare.

Lynne is very proud of all the new entrant training programmes that she has developed and the large volume of trainees who have gone on to have thriving careers in the Scottish TV industry.   Lynne is a member of the TV Talent Network Scotland forum and partners with Pact on the Scottish Indie Training Diversity Scheme and TRC Media for RAD (TV Researcher Training Scheme). Lynne is passionate about opportunities for new entrants from diverse backgrounds.

Prior to working for Banijay Lynne worked for Nickelodeon and Fox Kids.
