Brian Lumsden

Brian studied sound engineering after leaving school and started work as a runner at BBC Scotland, in 1997. Having had a technical audio background, he moved into the Videotape department where he worked as a Recording Operator, gaining a wide range of experience of post-production processes. After two years he was encouraged to join the post-production sound department where he started mixing across all genres of BBC output. He spent 15 years at BBC Scotland before moving to Savalas Sound where he spent 10 years expanding his knowledge and experience across all disciplines of post-production sound. He recently decided to take on a new challenge and is delighted to have joined the exceptional team here at IWC.
